Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP state license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • School-based experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other educational professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
  • Conduct assessments, interpret results, and communicate findings to parents, teachers, and administrators
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans
  • Offer consultation and training to school staff on speech and language development strategies
  • Engage and motivate students for maximum progress
