What You’ll Bring:

• Active SLP licensure in Washington State
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Strong background working with school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to create engaging, individualized treatment plans
• Previous experience with IEP development and implementation

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students onsite
• Assess, diagnose, and create tailored intervention plans for students with diverse speech-language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support each student’s progress
• Document student performance, progress, and participation while ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in meetings and contribute to the development and review of IEPs
• Offer resources and strategies to parents and staff to promote student success within and beyond the classroom
