School Speech Language Pathologist - Bonney Lake, WA

Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for the full school year. In this contract position, you’ll engage with a diverse caseload of 35 students at the elementary level, providing direct services and collaborating closely with school staff to foster each child’s communication growth.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and active CCC-SLP certification
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
• Strong communication skills for partnering with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to organize and manage a full-time caseload efficiently

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering assessments and direct therapy tailored to student needs
• Developing and updating IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
• Supporting students’ individual goals and providing strategies to staff and parents
