Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Washington state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP CCC required)
• Previous experience in a school setting highly desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite for the duration of the assignment

Responsibilities:

• Manage an elementary caseload of approximately 35 students
• Conduct assessments, write IEPs, and deliver effective speech therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Monitor and document student progress throughout the school year
