Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized care
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations in both elementary and high school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services and design intervention plans to support students’ speech, language, and communication goals
- Conduct evaluations and generate individualized educational plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of student progress and treatment plans
- Consult with families, teachers, and specialists to foster a unified approach to student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student growth
- Support all assigned students on a varied caseload across grade levels
