Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Bosque Farms, NM

Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility to obtain
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Experience working in school settings or with school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a caseload across PreK-12th grade students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support within both individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and report findings at regular intervals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional insights
• Offer strategies and training to teachers and parents to optimize student outcomes
