Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous experience working in school settings is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to creating supportive, inclusive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for PreK-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support broader educational goals
  • Offer consultation and resources to educators and parents to foster communication development
