Position Details:

• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 6.5 hours daily
• Elementary school caseload, fostering growth and communication skills in early learners

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field; Clinical Fellow applicants (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Valid SLP license or eligibility in Massachusetts
• Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
• Confidence in utilizing AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• SLPA and healthcare backgrounds are welcome for consideration

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions
• Monitor and report progress, adapting strategies to meet each child’s needs
• Educate and guide teachers, staff, and families in speech and language best practices
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation for compliance and reporting
