Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist credentials (CFY or CCC)
  • Strong background in school-based and pediatric SLP services
  • Experience working with elementary caseloads
  • Familiarity and proficiency with AAC devices is essential
  • Open to professionals with healthcare and/or teletherapy SLP backgrounds
  • SLPA healthcare experience is valued

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for K-5 students
  • Use AAC devices effectively to support student goals and access to curriculum
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school procedures
  • Provide guidance and supervision for SLPA if needed
