Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, families, and staff regarding speech and language development.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in the state.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders affecting school-aged children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
