Pediatric Speech Therapist in Boston, MA

Make an impact working with children as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting just outside Boston, MA! Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time schedules, with one position dedicated to serving elementary students and another focused on preschoolers for the current school year. What You’ll Bring:

• Current MA SLP license (CCC or CFY considered)
• Proven background in pediatric or K-12 settings (school-based SLP experience preferred)
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Collaborative spirit for working alongside educators and families
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school teams
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to student progress reports
• Communicate proactively with families, teachers, and school staff
• Adapt services for in-person or virtual delivery as needed
