This assignment covers a maternity leave from May 11 to June 18 and offers the chance to make a real difference for 30-40 incredible students in a dedicated autism program.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active CCC-SLP certification and state licensure eligible
- Prior experience in a school setting, especially with autism programming, is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload efficiently
- Familiarity with IEP processes and educational assessment tools
- Comfortable working with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in an elementary autism program
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate closely with special education staff, classroom teachers, and parents
- Offer training and consultation to educators regarding student strategies and communication supports
- Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all learners
