Speech Language Pathologist in Boston, MA

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working in school settings, especially with high school populations, is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment and therapeutic intervention for high school students identified with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, parents, and other support professionals to foster student success
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with school district and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
