Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience working in school settings, especially with high school populations, is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and therapeutic intervention for high school students identified with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, parents, and other support professionals to foster student success
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with school district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
