Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, K-12
- Proficiency in evaluating and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans, adapting as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress
- Partner with teachers, aides, and families to support communication goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate interventions
