Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Massachusetts
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Prior experience working with school-aged children, K-12
• Proficiency in evaluating and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans, adapting as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress
• Partner with teachers, aides, and families to support communication goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate interventions
