School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Boston, Massachusetts

This full-time, contract role spans 32.5 hours per week for the 2026-2027 academic year. SLP-CCCs with Spanish/English bilingual proficiency are especially in demand, though those fluent in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Current Massachusetts SLP licensure or eligibility.
• DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) status up-to-date or in process.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is prioritized; proficiency in Portuguese, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese highly valued.
• Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide therapy services to K-12 students with speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments.
• Maintain comprehensive records in compliance with school and district requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary solutions.
