School-based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are now being interviewed for the 2026/2027 school year. This contract position offers a welcoming and collaborative environment, along with the chance to contribute meaningfully to students’ growth and achievement.

This is a full-time opportunity, with 32.5 hours per week. Both monolingual SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply, with on-site supervision available for CFs. You’ll work with a diverse range of students across various grade levels, and precise caseload assignments and school locations are typically provided once credentials are finalized and the hiring process is complete.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid and current (or eligibility for) Massachusetts SLP licensure.
  • Active or in-progress Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) certification.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred (CFs considered with supervision).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat students with a range of communication needs in K-12 settings.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state/regulatory standards.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
