10th Grade 12th Grade Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Boston, MA

A rewarding opportunity awaits Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) seeking to make a tangible impact in a vibrant educational setting near Boston, MA. For the 2026-2027 New School Year, six SLPs are needed to support K-12 students as the current provider transitions to retirement, opening the door for dedicated professionals to provide essential, in-person speech and language services.

Caseloads are thoughtfully managed to ensure each SLP oversees approximately 50-60 students, allowing for meaningful and personalized interventions. With openings across elementary, middle, and high school levels, you’ll have the chance to work with diverse student populations in an environment eager to welcome your expertise. School schedules are conveniently structured: Elementary (7:30-4), Middle (7:45-4), and High School (8:30-4), supporting work-life balance within a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current MA state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Comfort with K-12 caseloads; preference for those with prior school-based experience
• Strong commitment to individualized, in-person therapy
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapeutic services to students in assigned grade levels (K-12)
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop IEPs aligned with student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely records for compliance and reporting
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
