Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience working with students in grades K-12 preferred
- Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic, direct, and consultative services to students in grades K-12
- Assess, identify, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop tailored treatment plans and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies
- Adapt interventions to meet the individual needs and cultural backgrounds of students
