Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in school settings, working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to tailor therapy plans to different developmental stages
  • Comfort conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and working alongside multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students with varied needs across elementary, middle, and high school grades
  • Conduct evaluations, prepare detailed reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support students’ academic and functional success
  • Develop individualized goals and deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Track student progress and communicate results effectively with stakeholders
  • Provide support, resources, and education to school personnel and families regarding communication disorders
