Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience working with students in grades K-12 preferred
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver diagnostic, direct, and consultative services to students in grades K-12
  • Assess, identify, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and document student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies
  • Adapt interventions to meet the individual needs and cultural backgrounds of students
