Qualifications:
- Current and valid SLP license (or eligibility) for Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in school-based SLP settings is highly desirable
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to travel and adapt to new environments
Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication challenges
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed documentation on student progress
- Deliver engaging group and one-on-one therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
