Core Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Massachusetts SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY applicants welcomed
- School-based or pediatric SLP experience strongly desired
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Passion for supporting student achievement and fostering communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech/language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students (individually and in groups)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other specialists
- Develop and maintain required documentation and student progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
