Core Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Massachusetts SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY applicants welcomed
• School-based or pediatric SLP experience strongly desired
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Passion for supporting student achievement and fostering communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech/language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students (individually and in groups)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and other specialists
• Develop and maintain required documentation and student progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
