Qualifications:

• Current and valid SLP license (or eligibility) for Massachusetts
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in school-based SLP settings is highly desirable
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to travel and adapt to new environments

Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication challenges
• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain detailed documentation on student progress
• Deliver engaging group and one-on-one therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
