Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Bothell, WA

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Prior school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
• Skilled in evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Proficient in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and technology integration
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities with educators, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop individualized treatment goals and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Deliver services both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and legal guidelines
