This opportunity is available for both experienced SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY), as well as qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) looking to gain valuable experience across educational and healthcare settings.
This on-site opening offers flexible options for full or part-time scheduling, allowing you to balance your career with your personal life. You will primarily work with elementary school students, with additional responsibilities supporting a smaller group of middle and high school students throughout the 2026-2027 academic year.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Valid SLP or SLPA license (or eligibility) for the state of Nevada
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings considered an asset
- Confidence utilizing teletherapy tools and adapting to technology within therapy
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Track and document progress per district and regulatory guidelines
- Adapt interventions for students in both in-person and occasional remote settings
