Make a difference supporting students across PreK through 12th grade as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a dynamic school setting near Boulder, CO. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive environment where your expertise and passion for helping students thrive will be valued every day.

As a member of our school-based team, you’ll work a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule, 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, providing vital speech and language services while collaborating with dedicated educators and families. This position is available immediately through the end of May, with the possibility of extending into a longer-term role for the right candidate.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience with school-aged children across a broad grade range (PreK – 12th grade)
• Familiarity with IEP processes, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with school staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct speech-language therapy for students
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with the educational team
• Maintain thorough and timely therapy records and progress reports
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Deliver services in individual and group settings as appropriate to student needs
