What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a diverse K-12 caseload across self-contained and resource settings
• Leading and participating in IEP meetings, developing and monitoring individualized education plans
• Delivering direct and consultative services to students, supporting their communication and academic growth
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team—teachers, parents, and administrators—to ensure student progress
• Documenting services, progress reports, and reporting outcomes as required
• Maintaining compliance with state and school guidelines

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Appropriate credentials to serve as a Special Education teacher in Colorado
• Experience within school-based Speech-Language Pathology preferred
• Proven experience handling IEP processes and documentation
• Strong commitment to student-centered practices and individualized interventions
