Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IL SLP license (or eligibility)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Pediatric and school-based therapy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEPs, assessments, and therapy delivery (in-person and/or teletherapy)
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full-time SLP caseload at two school locations:
- K-3 (Shabonna Elem), approx. 49 students
- Grades 4-8 (Liberty Intermediate/Bourbonnais Upper), approx. 53 students
- Deliver therapy services and evaluations for diverse student populations
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers, and support families
- Incorporate innovative and evidence-based practices across in-person and virtual platforms
