Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP)
- Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to student care
- Maintain thorough records and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations
