Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement targeted therapy plans based on individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state policies
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and parent communications
  • Educate teachers and staff on speech and language strategies to support classroom learning
