Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Pennsylvania SLP licensure, or ability to obtain before the start of your assignment
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across K–12 grade levels
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in partnership with staff and families
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with school requirements
- Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
