Desired Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings is preferred
  • Proficient in conducting evaluations, creating and implementing IEPs, and documenting progress
  • Strong communication skills for working with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Adaptable, compassionate, and dedicated to fostering student growth
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms (where applicable)
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to seek support and provide mentorship as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in a dynamic K-12 setting
  • Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations
  • Develop and implement IEPs, tracking progress and communicating updates to families and staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and staff trainings
  • Provide teletherapy services as appropriate to meet student needs
  • Take part in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
