Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings is preferred
- Proficient in conducting evaluations, creating and implementing IEPs, and documenting progress
- Strong communication skills for working with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptable, compassionate, and dedicated to fostering student growth
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms (where applicable)
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to seek support and provide mentorship as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in a dynamic K-12 setting
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Develop and implement IEPs, tracking progress and communicating updates to families and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and staff trainings
- Provide teletherapy services as appropriate to meet student needs
- Take part in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
