Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Boynton Beach, FL

Now seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) to make a meaningful impact across multiple school sites within Palm Beach County. With full-time, on-site roles available, you’ll work alongside seasoned SLP-CCC supervisors, gain hands-on experience across diverse caseloads, and be at the forefront of helping students of all ages achieve communication breakthroughs.

Your assignments can be combined to form a full-time position (35 hours per week) and are thoughtfully distributed across various locations. Caseloads will vary and may include regular education, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), PreK, and intellectually disabled (InD) populations. Each site offers a unique, rewarding experience, ensuring no two days are exactly alike.

Preferred candidates will possess:

• A current FL provisional SLP License from the Department of Health
• Eligibility to complete all time-sensitive credentialing (fingerprints, JLA badge application)
• A commitment to a full school-year assignment from August 10, 2026, to May 27, 2027
• Readiness to participate in an internal video interview as part of the selection process
• Flexibility and adaptability to serve across multiple sites if needed
• A strong desire to grow professionally under the supervision of experienced SLP-CCCs

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct speech-language therapy to students as assigned
• Monitoring and documenting student progress using evidence-based practices
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Engaging in regular supervision with SLP-CCC mentors to fulfill licensure and professional growth requirements

This is a contract, on-site only position with several openings—your expertise is needed in schools spanning locations such as Allamanda, Belle Glade, Belvedere, Gove, Lantana, Royal Palm, and more.
