This full-time, contract position begins in late August and continues through the end of May, making a meaningful impact on students near Brainerd, MN. Desired Qualifications: • Hold (or be eligible for) SLP certification—CCC or CFY welcome
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in school-based therapy for K-12 students
• Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaborative consultation
• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 60-70 students across various grade levels
• Attuned to strategies for effective case management—up to 30 students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to professional growth and best practices in speech-language pathology

Responsibilities: • Deliver direct therapy and consultation services to a vibrant caseload of K-12 students
• Complete comprehensive assessments and participate in IEP meetings
• Develop tailored intervention strategies that address students’ unique needs
• Maintain detailed documentation to track progress and ensure compliance
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, classroom staff, and families
• Stay current on evidence-based practice and participate in ongoing professional development
