Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026/2027 school year, supporting students from kindergarten through twelfth grade. This full-time position runs from late August through the end of May and provides the chance to help shape the communication skills of young learners in a vibrant school environment near Brainerd, MN.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid SLP license for the state
  • Experience in a school-based setting, or strong interest in school-based services
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Knowledge of case management procedures and IEP documentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 60-70 students, with case management for 30
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other special education professionals
  • Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Support student participation and success in the general education classroom
