Make an impact supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. Starting September 8th, you’ll play a vital role helping students achieve their communication goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible Minnesota SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in serving K-12 students
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered approach
- Effective communication and time management skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students on assigned caseloads
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with school policies
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, both individually and in group settings
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough, timely records and prepare required reports
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in speech-language development
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
