What we're looking for:
- Completion of a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Minnesota SLP license (or the ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience or strong interest in working with preschool and school-aged children
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs is a plus
- Flexibility and a collaborative attitude
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Identifying students' needs and developing tailored intervention plans
- Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team and classroom staff
- Writing comprehensive progress notes, IEP documentation, and reports
- Engaging families in the therapy process for optimal student outcomes
- Supporting students in both individual and group settings
- Creating engaging, therapeutic activities and tracking student progress
