Grades 9 - 12 Grades K - 5 Speech Language Pathologist in Braintree, MA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working with children in school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other team members
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and re-evaluations for students in grades K-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative services to support students’ success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and compliance with education plans
• Provide input at IEP meetings, contributing to effective goal-setting
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents on strategies to support student development
