Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
- Document progress and maintain thorough records
- Provide direct therapy services and contribute to IEP meetings
