As a full-time SLP, you'll collaborate with educators and families to deliver services that make a lasting difference. Whether you’re an experienced clinician (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY), your expertise in pediatric speech therapy, including teletherapy, will be valued and supported.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license (or eligibility) in Vermont
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
  • Pediatric and school-based SLP experience highly valued
  • Previous work with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy (in-person and/or remote) to students, ranging from mild to complex needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Engage in professional development and continuing education
