What You’ll Need:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience working in a school or with middle school-aged youth preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in a middle school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluation findings and IEP goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and related services staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely reports for families and school teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to support goal setting and progress monitoring
- Offer education and support to students, families, and faculty as needed
