What You’ll Need:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Prior experience working in a school or with middle school-aged youth preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in a middle school setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluation findings and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and related services staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely reports for families and school teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight to support goal setting and progress monitoring
  • Offer education and support to students, families, and faculty as needed
