What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license (or eligibility) in Vermont
• SLP-CCC or current Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates welcome
• Prior experience with school-age populations, especially middle school
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop targeted therapy plans and collaborate with educators, staff, and families

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy to middle school students with diverse communication needs
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student progress, and maintain accurate records
• Write and implement IEP goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Support students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic challenges
• Educate and consult with teachers and families to foster student growth
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
