Your expertise will help students thrive and reach their full potential, working collaboratively with educators and families. Whether you're an experienced SLP with CCC or a dynamic Clinical Fellow (CFY), you'll find this role both rewarding and professionally enriching.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, or CFY candidates will be considered
  • Previous experience in school-based settings or working with K-12 students desirable
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and family members
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to district compliance standards
  • Foster a supportive learning atmosphere to enhance students’ communication and social skills
