School Speech Language Pathologist - Brandywine, MD

An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential communication support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade during the upcoming academic year. Your expertise will help students thrive and reach their full potential, working collaboratively with educators and families. Whether you're an experienced SLP with CCC or a dynamic Clinical Fellow (CFY), you'll find this role both rewarding and professionally enriching.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, or CFY candidates will be considered
• Previous experience in school-based settings or working with K-12 students desirable
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and family members
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to district compliance standards
• Foster a supportive learning atmosphere to enhance students’ communication and social skills
