As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC), you’ll use your expertise to work with young learners in an engaging, inclusive environment. The majority of your services will be “push-in,” fostering connection and collaboration within the classroom setting.
What you bring:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC preferred)
- Experience or enthusiasm for working with early childhood populations, especially PreK and Kindergarten
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, support staff, and families
- Solid understanding of early language development and effective intervention strategies
- Commitment to fostering a welcoming, inclusive learning environment
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy primarily through push-in classroom services
- Support early learners’ communication, language, and social development
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting interventions as needed
- Consult with educators and families to support student outcomes in and out of the classroom
- Contribute to a positive, engaging school culture for all students
