This full-time, contract assignment offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference with PreK and Kindergarten students, providing support that helps build crucial early communication skills.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC), you’ll use your expertise to work with young learners in an engaging, inclusive environment. The majority of your services will be “push-in,” fostering connection and collaboration within the classroom setting.

What you bring:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC preferred)
  • Experience or enthusiasm for working with early childhood populations, especially PreK and Kindergarten
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Solid understanding of early language development and effective intervention strategies
  • Commitment to fostering a welcoming, inclusive learning environment

Your key responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy primarily through push-in classroom services
  • Support early learners’ communication, language, and social development
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Monitor and document student progress, adapting interventions as needed
  • Consult with educators and families to support student outcomes in and out of the classroom
  • Contribute to a positive, engaging school culture for all students
