Qualifications & Experience:

• Must hold ASHA Certification (SLP-CCC)
• Washington state SLP license (or eligibility)
• Previous experience with school-based speech therapy, especially in early childhood settings, preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to early childhood students
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ language development
• Maintain thorough records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Utilize evidence-based practices for assessment and intervention
