For the 2026-2027 school year, multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists with an SLP-CCC and a passion for enhancing student success are needed in an educational setting encompassing both elementary and secondary caseloads.

Here’s what is in store:

Qualifications & Preferred Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, valid Washington State SLP license
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification, required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to the assigned caseload: up to 42 students at the elementary level and 45 at the secondary level
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Support school teams in creating accessibility and positive learning environments
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued part of a multidisciplinary team
