Qualifications and Experience We Value:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow)
  • Prior experience in educational, pediatric, or healthcare settings
  • Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Ability to adapt approaches for diverse student needs
  • Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation preferred

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate students’ speech and language skills
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across various grade levels
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers regarding classroom strategies
