Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective interventions for a diverse student population
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document sessions, maintain accurate records, and monitor student outcomes
- Contribute to IEP planning, goal development, and progress reporting
- Provide resources and support for teachers and families on strategies to facilitate communication and language growth
