Step into an impactful role supporting students’ communication needs in a welcoming school environment near Brentwood, CA. We’re seeking two dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists—one for a part-time schedule, one full-time—to serve a caseload of approximately 30 students. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll empower students to find their voice through high-quality assessments and individualized intervention.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid California SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
  • Confidence with IEP documentation and meeting participation

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and observations
  • Develop, update, and maintain IEPs and progress reports in compliance with federal and state guidelines
  • Provide engaging direct therapy sessions tailored to individual student goals
  • Lead and participate in IEP meetings, working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Attend Student Study Team (SST) meetings and offer expertise as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure integrated service delivery
  • Track student progress and adjust treatment plans proactively
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
