Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time, onsite school-based opportunity in Brentwood, CA. This position will primarily serve an elementary school caseload in a supportive educational environment.

Position Details:
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

- Setting: Onsite, school-based
- Caseload: Elementary students
- Schedule: Full-time
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Pay Rate: $60–$80/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Employment: W-2 contract through Soliant
- Hours: Guaranteed hours may be available depending on the assignment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students.
- Complete speech/language assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and student progress records.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families.
- Provide evidence-based interventions addressing students' communication needs.
- Support students' participation and success in the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- California school credential/authorization as required.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
