Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time, onsite school-based opportunity in Brentwood, CA. This position will primarily serve an elementary school caseload in a supportive educational environment.

Position Details:

  • Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Location: Brentwood, CA
  • Setting: Onsite, school-based
  • Caseload: Elementary students
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • School Year: 2026–2027
  • Pay Rate: $60–$80/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Employment: W-2 contract through Soliant
  • Hours: Guaranteed hours may be available depending on the assignment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students.
  • Complete speech/language assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and student progress records.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions addressing students' communication needs.
  • Support students' participation and success in the classroom.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • California school credential/authorization as required.
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
