School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Brick, New Jersey

Step into a rewarding Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity supporting elementary resource students with articulation and language needs. This school-based role offers a contract position starting as soon as possible and extending through early summer 2027, providing consistent 5-day-a-week work in a collaborative educational environment.

As a specialized SLP, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping students overcome communication challenges, fostering greater confidence, and promoting academic growth. You’ll have the chance to work directly with elementary-aged learners, delivering individualized interventions and developing group activities that encourage skill development in both articulation and receptive/expressive language.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Holds or is eligible for CCC-SLP or CFY (Clinical Fellowship) credentials
• SLP license in New Jersey, or eligible for licensure
• Expertise in school-based therapy, especially K-5 populations
• Strong background in articulation and language programs
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Committed to data-driven, student-centered support

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to elementary resource students
• Provide direct therapy targeting articulation and language objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust supports
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and support educational planning
