Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Connecticut SLP licensure or eligibility required
• Prior school-based experience highly valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload across two locations

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for elementary students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with teachers and special education staff
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and support compliance with special education regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development opportunities
• Consult and collaborate with families to foster carryover of skills and meet student needs
