A K-12 educational institution in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language support throughout the school year on a contract basis. Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Document and maintain accurate, timely reports on student performance and goal attainment
- Provide direct therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels, adapting strategies to meet developmental needs
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
