School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bridgeport, Connecticut

In this position, you’ll serve an educational community during the 2026-2027 academic year, collaborating onsite with fellow professionals and fostering student growth across a diverse caseload.

Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with 30–32.5 hours per week, making a meaningful difference over the course of the school year. Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state-issued Speech-Language Pathology license and current Educator Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in school settings is required
• Ability to manage and adapt to varying caseloads and grade levels
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services onsite in accordance with student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and stakeholders to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise within multidisciplinary teams
