Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license in Connecticut or eligibility for state licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapy strategies
• Provide both group and one-on-one speech/language therapy to students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s progress
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and ongoing therapy outcomes
• Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
