Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Prior experience providing school-based speech and language services
• Comfortable working with students across a range of grade levels (K-12)
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt interventions to individual student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct speech and language therapy in both small group and individual formats
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to each student's abilities and goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration
