Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Prior experience providing school-based speech and language services
- Comfortable working with students across a range of grade levels (K-12)
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt interventions to individual student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech and language therapy in both small group and individual formats
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to each student's abilities and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration
