Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Experience with K-12 populations, including a variety of disabilities and communication challenges
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and manage a varied caseload

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support language, articulation, and communication skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
  • Adjust and individualize therapy techniques to meet diverse needs within the student population
