Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience with K-12 populations, including a variety of disabilities and communication challenges
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and manage a varied caseload
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support language, articulation, and communication skills
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Adjust and individualize therapy techniques to meet diverse needs within the student population
