Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or ability to obtain prior to start
- Experience providing speech and language therapy within healthcare or school settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and experience working with children with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interactions with students, families, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders in a school-based setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, counselors, and parents—to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Provide education and support to families to assist with carryover of skills into the home environment
- Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to IEP meetings as the speech-language expert
