This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in school settings, including holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Based near Brighton, CO, this full-time position offers the chance to work closely with early childhood and elementary students, providing essential services throughout the academic year.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license and CCC credential
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, particularly those in PreK-5th grades
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working alongside educators and families
  • Proficiency with Child Find evaluations and relevant documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language services to a caseload of 50-55 students across two sites
  • Plan and deliver tailored interventions to support communication needs for both early childhood and elementary-age students
  • Conduct comprehensive Child Find assessments as part of multidisciplinary evaluation teams
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and track student progress
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support integrated and inclusive communication strategies
  • Maintain thorough records and comply with all district and state guidelines
